Cabbage and Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (a combination of both works well)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded and lightly packed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter and/or olive oil to the pan, ensuring it is evenly spread.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 20 seconds.
- Add the shredded cabbage and cook, stirring frequently, until softened (about 3-5 minutes). For a caramelized touch, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Spread the cabbage evenly across the pan.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the cabbage, tilting the pan slightly to distribute them evenly.
- Allow the eggs to cook for 15-20 seconds, then gently fold them over until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
