Ingredients:

  • 3 oz cream cheese (1/3 less fat), softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 8 oz tube reduced fat crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the seams.
  4. Take one triangle and lay it out with the shorter side facing you and the point away.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom third of each triangle, then place two rows of blueberries on top.
  6. Roll the dough from the edge nearest you to the opposite tip, enclosing the blueberry and cream cheese filling.
  7. Arrange each roll on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
