Ingredients:

  • For the Salad:
    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
    • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • For the Big Mac Sauce:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
    • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook the Beef:

    In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Prepare the Salad:

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and thinly sliced red onions.

  3. Make the Big Mac Sauce:

    In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
