Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 450 grams (2 cups) cottage cheese
- 1 cup (100 grams) grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (30 grams) flour
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) salt
- 1/4 cup (25 grams) chopped green onions
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add the cottage cheese, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, flour, melted butter, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Stir in the chopped green onions.
