AIR FRYER DRY RUB RIBS
Experience the unbelievable with these air-fried ribs – a mere 35 minutes in the air fryer replaces the usual
hour and a half to two hours in the oven. Achieving a perfect balance of crispiness on top and
fall-off-the-bone tenderness!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust for desired spice level)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke (an exceptional addition for flavor)
- 1 rack of baby back ribs (or beef ribs)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, blend the spices, liquid smoke, and olive oil.
- Generously rub the mixture over the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer, and the beauty of this method is that you can adapt the size to fit your
air fryer. - Set the temperature to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer after
20 minutes to ensure the ribs are thoroughly cooked. - If needed, add a few more minutes until the internal temperature indicates the ribs are done.
