Air-Fried Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pre-cooked lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 pound ground beef or Italian sausage (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Layer pre-cooked lasagna noodles at the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Add a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by a layer of cooked ground beef or sausage.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meat and sprinkle some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the lasagna in the air fryer basket. If necessary, cut the lasagna to fit.
- Air fry the lasagna for approximately 15-20 minutes. Check it after 10 minutes to ensure it’s not burning. The cheese should be melted and bubbly, and the lasagna should be heated through and crispy on the edges.
- Carefully remove the lasagna from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious air-fried lasagna!
