Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter with honey. Stir occasionally until the butter is fully melted, about 5-8 minutes or until the corn is tender.
  2. Add the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  3. Serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for several days.
  4. This recipe yields approximately six servings as a side dish, or up to eight servings for younger children.
  5. Any variety of frozen corn can be used, but golden and white corn is recommended. Ensure that you use a 16-ounce (1 pound) bag of frozen corn.
