Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 16 grams of baking powder
• 200 grams (half a cup) of caster sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 55 grams of yogurt (approximately one cup)
• Vanilla essence

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F) and grease a 22 cm baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla essence, cornstarch, eggs, baking powder, oil, powdered sugar, flour, and salt.
3. Mix the ingredients on high speed for about three minutes until the batter is smooth and well-combined.
4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for the recommended time until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
