Dutch Baby Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the butter into pats and place them in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Put the dish in the oven until the butter melts.
  2. While the butter is melting, blend the eggs, milk, flour, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter over the melted butter.
  4. Bake for approximately 22 minutes, or until the edges of the Dutch Baby are puffed up and golden brown.
  5. Cut into slices and serve with toppings of your choice, such as powdered sugar, syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruits.
