Ridiculously Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans (15 ounces each) of sliced peaches
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the sliced peaches and place them in a 9-inch round cake pan, an 8-inch square pan, or any other similar-sized baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the peaches.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Gradually add the milk, stirring until the mixture is well-blended.
  5. Pour the batter over the peaches, allowing some of the peaches to remain visible for a rustic appearance.
  6. Bake the cobbler in the preheated oven for approximately one hour, until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crisp.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature for a delightful dessert.
