Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (a blend of 3/4 cheddar and 1/4 mozzarella)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion for about 10 minutes or until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
