  1. Personally, just looking at the picture my gallbladder is scared 😳. I try to keep away from grease… I wonder if this recipe can be altered for quickness and a bit tastier w/o abundance of grease. I happen to be a code cracker of sorts… Substitute hamburger with bison 🦬… With bison it’s tricky to fry in a skillet… Have to add oil to fry and just don’t fry well just not enough grease in it to accomplish the job without leave half of it stuck in skillet… Noticed that when I cooked some chilli I crumbled the bison straight into the soup raw and cooked/boiled in sauce and it was not only a great time saver but also it just came out beautifully… Bison is extremely dry and cooks best in sauces. I think if you adjust the recipe in this manner it should come out better than ever before.
