Spinach and Cheese Bake

Spinach and Cheese Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g frozen chopped spinach
  • 500 g bacon pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and then mix in the milk, baking powder, and flour until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, spinach, bacon, and chopped onions until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the bake is set and golden brown on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
