Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cooked rice
  • ½ pound of chicken thighs, diced and cooked
  • 1 cup of mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce

Instructions
