Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Instant Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Cream of onion soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Bag frozen broccoli
  • Panko bread crumbs (optional)

Instructions:

  2. Cook the broccoli as directed in the microwave and drain.
  3. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of chicken broth to a boil over high heat. Add the rice, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
