Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe for Indulgent Delight
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 5 eggs
- 150g powdered sugar
- 135g wheat flour
- 15g unsweetened cocoa powder
For the Ganache:
- 20 cl liquid cream
- 200g dark chocolate
For the Glaze:
- 8 cl peanut oil
- 150g dark chocolate
For Greasing Forms:
- 10g soft butter
- 10g wheat flour
Yields: Enough for 6 people
Instructions:
For the Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and grease the pan with a mixture of butter and flour.
- Combine the flour and cocoa powder.
- In a blender, beat 3 eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes foamy and triples in volume.
- Gently fold in the flour and cocoa mixture, pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
For the Ganache:
- Place chocolate chips in a salad bowl.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it boils, then pour half of it over the chocolate.
- Once the chocolate is melted, gently stir from the center outward.
- Add the remaining cream and let it cool.
For the Glaze:
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
To Assemble:
- Once the cake has cooled, cut it into three slices, placing a layer of ganache between each slice.
- Apply a final layer of ganache, then pour the warm glaze on top, covering the entire cake.
- Leave the cake in a cool place.
