AIR FRYER DRY RUB RIBS

Experience the unbelievable with these air-fried ribs – a mere 35 minutes in the air fryer replaces the usual
hour and a half to two hours in the oven. Achieving a perfect balance of crispiness on top and
fall-off-the-bone tenderness!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust for desired spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke (an exceptional addition for flavor)
  • 1 rack of baby back ribs (or beef ribs)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, blend the spices, liquid smoke, and olive oil.
  2. Generously rub the mixture over the ribs.
  3. Place the ribs in the air fryer, and the beauty of this method is that you can adapt the size to fit your
    air fryer.
  4. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer after
20 minutes to ensure the ribs are thoroughly cooked.
  5. If needed, add a few more minutes until the internal temperature indicates the ribs are done.
  6. Plate, serve, and relish the delight!
