Cherry Cheesecake Lush Dessert

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 stick (½ cup) melted butter

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. whipped topping, divided

Cheesecake Pudding Layer:

  • 2 small boxes cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Toppings:

  • 1 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 ½ cups of whipped topping until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. Combine cheesecake pudding mix, milk, and 1 cup of whipped topping. Mix until smooth and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer in the pan.
  5. Top the dessert with Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling, the remaining whipped topping, and ½ cup of chopped pecans.
