Decadent Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 🥚 5 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    1. Beat 5 eggs with a pinch of salt.
    2. Gradually add 100 grams of sugar, continue beating until firm peaks form.
    3. The mixture should lighten in color and increase in volume.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients:
    1. Gently fold in 80 grams of flour, 60 grams of cocoa powder, and vanilline.
  3. Bake the Cake:
    1. Pour the batter into a 20 cm cake mold.
    2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
    3. Check doneness with a skewer; it should come out dry and clean.
    4. Remove from the mold and let cool.
  4. Prepare the Icing:
    1. Melt 200 grams of chocolate with a bit of cream.
    2. Stir gently and refrigerate.
  5. Make the Cream:
    1. Whip 200 grams of cold cream.
    2. Add 100 grams of cream cheese and the chilled chocolate icing.
    3. Mix until well combined.
  6. Assemble the Cake:
    1. Divide the cake into three layers.
    2. Spread the cream between each layer and on top.
  7. Chill:
    1. Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours.
  8. Decorate:
    1. Melt 100 grams of chocolate with 50 grams of butter.
    2. Mix in 100 grams of roasted and chopped nuts.
    3. Decorate the cake with this mixture.
