  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
