30-Minute Seven-Layer Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of lettuce, rinsed, dried, and chopped
- 500 grams of bacon
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of chopped cauliflower
- 1 package of 10-ounce frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 chopped red onion
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
2. Crumble the cooked bacon and set it aside.
3. In a wide flat dish, combine the chopped lettuce, red onion, spinach, shredded cheese, cauliflower, and crumbled bacon.
4. To make the dressing, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and Parmesan cheese.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
